October Update

DUCKIES RIGHT OUTSIDE WORK

So it's been almost a quarter of a year since the last post. Time flies. What have I been up to?

Cliff Notes

1. Finished room, about 90%. No door, no curtains... yet.

2. Took about 2 weeks to finish. Hard shit.

3. Went to the East Coast for a while. Pen stuff.

4. Played Phoenix Wright for DS. VERY GOOD GAME.

5. Drank a lot of beer. Was brewing my own @ Brewbakers. Have since stopped (drinking and brewing).

6. Worked out all summer, hadn't lost much weight. Kept getting wasted every Thursday + weekend + 1 weekday + Yardhouse Happy Hour.

7. Started working out. For real this time. Read thread. VERY GOOD THREAD.

8. Progress:

July 2006 -- 185 lbs., 15% (est.) body fat.
August 2006 -- 180 lbs., 14% (est.) body fat
Early Sept. 2006 -- 183 lbs., 15% (est.) body fat
9/16/06 -- 179 lbs., 14% (est.) body fat
9/29/06 -- 176 lbs., 13.5% (est.) body fat
10/9/06 -- 177 lbs., 13.5% (est.) body fat
10/10/06 -- 175 lbs., 13.2% (est.) body fat

9. 40/30/30 diet, approx. 2000 calories. 200g protein, 175g carbs, 65g fat per day. Fats mainly from salmon, eggs, but still eat butter and olive oil (for cooking).

10. Working for TACCIA almost full-time now. Actually pretty fun. Doing projects for Trump Organization, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan. Don't miss school one bit.

11. Still haven't worked on music really. Waiting to buy the next version of the Macbook Pro. Almost feel like time's running out.

12. Don't trust girls. Chivalry and common sense is a male thing. Girls are all bipolar.
